Constraints in resources, budget, manpower, time, can mean that risk reduction procedures are not always fully implemented in the transportation of goods. TCM have augmented their portfolio of services to include this
field and to provide the necessary knowledge to reduce the risks
in transportation.
Investigations and Cargo Surveys Competent experience and knowledge in this field is very limited. As a result, when compiling claims documentation critical information may be overlooked and this can give rise to a significant shortfall in recovery. Investigations Losses which occur in aviation, trucking and shipping will be vigorously investigated. Staff investigators are experienced and flexible, working in offices, on-site or off-site undertaking this, sometimes, difficult and sensitive work. They have access to the most sophisticated techniques and have extensive contacts with various law enforcement agencies worldwide. Client Confidentiality It is fully appreciated by TCM that client confidentiality can
be of the utmost importance. In recognizing this, TCM is prepared
to enter into any formal Confidentiality Agreement which may be
required.
